I shop on internet now most of the time and always get free shipping. Orvis doesn't offer free shipping and with sales tax to boot, items cost just too much.

I have already posted a comment and having now read some other comments. I agree with many of them because between the sales tax and your shipping charges, I will not be ordering the Traveler's Blazer that I was hoping to get for my husband. Shipping was a deal breaker for me. Ordering clothing on line is too risky, so it would cost even more if I had to make an exchange.

I was ready to place an order using a Coupon Code #112453 to save $10. on a $50 purchase. When I put in the code, a message came up saying it had expired ages ago. I would suggest you update any type of coupon offer. Not fair to the consumer.

Even on sale, your shipping rates put the shirt I wanted way over my budget. I shouldn't have to give you my SS # for your namesake Visa card in order to get free shipping. You lost a sale & probably a customer.
