I think it is awful that repeat customers of HSN are not ever given free shipping. Usually, repeat customers with most companies are given free shipping!
Why are there more coupons for first time buyers then for those who always buy?
I hve been ordering items from HSN two years now and have attempted to use their free shipping coupons and they never work. You would think i am elgible for some free shipping sometime.
Well, I just think that a long time devoted customer should get a "little love" with free shipping or something to show your appreciation that we have been shopping with you for a number of years, instead of just new customers that aren't even aware that a coupon exists! That kind of "unnerves me" and I am not pleased with the offers that are available on-line for discounts and codes. Good business practices would reward your repeat customers rather than just new folks! Also, the question that follows is extremely odd..am I human? What, a cat or dog would type this? A ghost? Kind of a strange question!
