There are two ways to share a coupon or offer you found with FreeShipping.org. You can either leave a comment using the form located at the bottom of the merchant page or you can send us an email using the contact form.

If you wish to unsubscribe from FreeShipping.org email alerts, click the button at the bottom of the alert that reads, "Stop Coupon Alerts." Each merchant you signed up to receive alerts for must be stopped separately. To unsubscribe from the email newsletter, simply click the "unsubscribe" link located within the bottom of the email.

At FreeShipping.org our goal is to provide you with the most accurate information about coupons. In some cases a merchant will decide to change a coupon's expiration date without notifying us. It's also possible they failed to provide us with all of the necessary order qualifications. Sometimes an offer requires a minimum purchase or excludes specific items. If your order meets requirements, but the coupon still doesn't work, contact the merchant for additional details.

If you are being charged for a monthly free shipping service it's likely that you signed up for a FreeShipping.com membership. FreeShipping.org is not associated with FreeShipping.com, and you will need to contact their customer service department regarding the charges.
