Unused merchandise is subject to a 100% refund not including shipping and handling fees for returns. A $15 dollar deduction or the shipping fee, whichever is greater will be charged to the customer, whichever is greater. Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery and refunds are not allowed on lightbulbs.
