I made a purchase but when i received it it was the wrong length. Now I want to return it, will I be charged for the shipping? It was not my fault that the wrong item was sent? I clearly gave you the right number and don't feel that this should be taken from my return. If I am charged I will cancel my catalogues and will not purchase from you again.

I just called customer service about another mistake on my order. This seems to be a continuing problem. A pair of boots arrived this morning for my granddaughter. The color was wrong and the size was wrong. The number on the invoice didn't even match the number in the catalogue. I specifically reviewed the specifications with the sales rep on the phone. I am more than annoyed since these errors are not only costing me money to return these items but it is inconvenient to continually have mistakes. Another example is slacks, jeans etc. The catalog says length and I order what is my pants length and I either get tall or short and have to return them or have a seamstress adjust the length. I have not been ordering as many items from Woman Within mainly because I am tired of the errors that cost me money any way I look at it. This is ridiculous. I will no doubt ask that no more catalogues or advertisments be sent to me. I will look elsewhere for clothing. Sincerely, Joann Stanley

I placed a order 3-14-11 and it is now 4-2-11 and still have not recieved it!!! This isn't the first time I have made a order and it took almost a month to get it!! I have made up my mind I will not be ordering again!!
