Ulta.com allows returns within 60 days of shipment date. Returns for refund must be mailed back to Ulta. Returns for exchange or store credit can be transacted in an Ulta retail store. Returns should include a packing slip and original packing materials. Shipping and handling fees and other charges will not be refunded.
