Delivery to P.O. boxes is possible with Economy Ground and Standard Ground delivery. Delivery is also possible to Military APO/FPO addresses.

Ty's Toy Box Return and Exchange Policy:
Ty's Toy Box accepts returns of merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Costume returns must be postmarked by October 31st. Returned items should be returned in unopened or original condition and include a copy of the packing slip. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is as a result of a tystoybox.com error or defective product.
