Delivery to U.S. territories, Puerto Rico or international destinations is not currently an option. TiVo does not currently deliver to P.O. boxes.

TiVo Return and Exchange Policy:
TiVo allows returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must include all original contents and be in the same saleable condition as it was received. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Items returned after 30 days from purchase will not be accepted for return or exchange.
