Surface Threads Shipping and Handling Policy:
Free shipping is offered on most Surface Threads rugs and usually takes 7 - 10 business days.  Oversized rugs will be shipped by freight and therefore take a bit longer to deliver.  Contact Surface Threads customer service for rush deliveries or for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, APO or FPO addresses, or if you wish to ship internationally.

Surface Threads Refund and Exchange Policy:
Since all Surface Threads rugs are custom made, you will not be able to cancel your order.  If your merchandise has been damaged during delivery you may call Surface Threads customer service department who will instruct you in returning or replacing your purchase.  You should also refuse any any item you see damaged before signing for it.   If you refuse an item which is in good conditions you will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus shipping fees.
