I ordered 3 8x11 photo books and I entered the code. Message stated that the code can't be used and I had way over $30.00 worth of photo books purchased. Why am I still being charged for shipping?

When the photo books are on sale (20% off right now) they will not let you use any other promotion codes unless you also order something else - like a single 4x6 print - then the free shipping will work.

Did not work for me on a $90 photobook. It does not explain why! If it's not going to work they should give you a reason as to why it cannot be used! I was really hoping on saving the $11.99 on shipping.
