If you are not completely happy with your merchandise, you may either take it to the nearest Sams Club store or follow the online instructions by filling out the “Return Items” form and mailing your return.  Your refund will be credited once Sams Club has received the return.  Shipping fees will be paid by the customer unless it was an error on Sams Club part.
