Orders not using Rugman.com free shipping, shipping rates are determined by shipping method and location. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for orders to arrive. Orders can be shipped within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and select international locations.

RugMan.com Return Policy
Rugman.com accepts unwanted rugs for a full product refund. Persian Rugs may be returned within 180 days of product receipt and all other rugs shipped within the continental United States may be retuned within 30 days of receipt. All returned rugs are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees for original purchases are unable to be refunded. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns.
