Human, yes. P.O.'d, also yes. Puritan's keeps doing a good thing and then COMPLETELY screwing loyal customers with it. Over and above the "Free Shipping" (my current order over $150 will NOT be made) -previously I bought-into 3 for price of 1 Free Shipping (which may or may not bring it down to Walmart's price) I ordered 6 each of two herbal blood-thinners and discovered most of the bottles expired the very next month. Thanks Pee-Pee. Thanks a LOT! Then the next order was shorted a bottle, which they admitted showed up as a shipping-weight discrepancy... but was shipped short anyhow and they would have gotten away with it if I hadn't checked the manifest bottle-by-bottle.

i agree the shipping charge is outrageous. it use to be free. it kills the savings. btw some bottles come with only a 1/3 filled up and the rest air the weight is minimal its the volume that kills PP use to be the best but with Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and CVS weekly deals PP is losing its edge

I've shopped with Puritan for a long time like others. The ongoing issue with shipping charges, especially for repeat customers is tiring. I contacted the company and they don't really seem to care about retaining our business. Like others have said, when factoring in the shippping it is not such a good deal and you can shop locally for the same price.

Just placed an order for $10.58 and there was no automatic "free shipping" applied ("no code required"). Had to pay the $4.95. They must have an unstated minimum subtotal, before applying free shipping. Anyone know what it is?

I've been ordering from Puritan's Pride for years and I am disappointed that "Free Shipping" is never offered. I love the convenience of ordering online since I live in a rural area, but I could easily get in my car and drive to Walmart and pay about the same, excluding the $4.99 I pay for shipping.

How about FREE shipping? At least after a min amount ??? My last order was over $200, this one is over $150 and still $4.95 shipping. Unfair to those who submit large orders. The 'OPTICS' are terrible to your loyal customers like me. I agree that "Puritans Pride "had" the edge with free shipiping but don't think their luck will last without it.. I certainly am going to reconsider my participation, if the free shipping isn't restored to at least large orders.

if i have to pay shiping charge i would rather to purchase from costco or any drug store. Most of the week they have buy one get one free price almost come the same or cheaper and also I get fresher and i do not need to wait for my order.
