About PhotoStamps
The PhotoStamps service is a new service allowing customers to include their favorite digital photographs, designs or images on valid US Postal Service stamps. Customers customize stamps by uploading their images and stamps.com processes the images onto stamps for Postal use.

PhotoStamps Shipping and Handling Policy:
Free shipping is offered with the use of a coupon code. Basic delivery is shipped via USPS Standard. Normal delivery is shipped via USPS First Class or FedEx. Expedited delivery is shipped USPS Priority and Rush delivery is shipped via USPS Express.

PhotoStamps Return and Exchange Policy:
Any item with all original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the original order date for a full refund. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Returns of label packs, sheets and/or opened rolls will not be accepted for return. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. All sales of clearance or discontinued items are final.
