Oompa Toys offers free shipping on select orders with Ground Shipping as the method of delivery. Expedited shipping is possible and the shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Orders delivered outside of the 48 contiguous United States will accrue additional costs. Delivery is not currently offered to PO boxes or non-US, international destinations at this time.

Oompa Toys Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date. Returned items must be new and unused with no signes of wear or use. Any dolls or stuffed animals must have all original tags attached. Any dollhouse, tricycles or play kitchens must have not been assembled.
