If you do not qualify for Onsale.com free shipping your shipment will usually take 3-5 days and UPS Ground shipping is $4.99.  Larger HDTVs may not qualify for low cost shipping due to weight.  Actual shipping costs will be indicated at check out.

Onsale.com Refund and Exchange Policy:
Opened software is not returnable unless defective.  Some items are not returnable to Onsale and, therefore, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.  For returnable items, you should contact your account executive (within 15 days for defective items and 30 days for non defective items) for an RA# which you will need to return your purchase.
