National Geographic Store Refund and Exchange Policy:
If you are not happy with your National Geographic purchase, simply return it to their online return mailing address and they will issue you an exchange or a return.  National Geographic Store will pay for return shipping if the item is defective or an error on their part.  If your return was a gift you may return it for a gift certificiate or a purchase of equal value.
