My Jewelry Box Refund and Exchange Policy:
If you need to return your My Jewelry purchase, you have up to 30 days from shipment to do it.   Obtain an online Return Authorization number and include it in your return package with packing slip and all paperwork which was included in your shipment.  Returns should be sent to My Jewelry Box warehouse by FedEx Ground ,with insurance, and a signature.  Custom orders cannot be returned.
