Mondera Refund and Exchange Policy:
If you are not happy with your Mondera purchase, you have up to 30 days to return it for a full refund. You must obtain a return authorization #, your return must be packed securely and in the same condition you received it. Custom orders are not returnable. Customers are responsible for paying their shipping and handling fees for returned items and Mondera suggests using FedEx, DHL or USPS registered mail. If the item is received defective, Mondera will pay a maximum of $15 for return shipping fees.
