If you do not qualify for MakeUp free shipping, ground shipping charges are $5.99 and though delivery times may vary they generally take 6 - 10 business days to arrive.  MakeUp.com standard shipping is by UPS Ground in the continental U.S. or USPS Ground for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Military APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes including places outside UPS delivery destinations.  MakeUp.com does not ship internationally.
 
MakeUp.com Refund and Exchange Policy:
Makeup.com will allow you to return any merchandise you are not happy with providing you return it within 30 days of purchase and it has not been used or opened.  Your return must include a Return Authorization form which can be obtained from MakeUp return authorization centre.  You will require your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.
