If you do not qualify for Lumens Light free shipping, most shipping charges will be $4.95. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico start at $24.  Charges to Canada start at $18.  Faster shipping charges are available at an additional cost.  Lumens Light does ship internationally but you should contact their customer service for information on pricing.

Lumens Light Refund and Exchange Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days to return it in resaleable condition and in its original packaging.  Once inspected you will receive your refund less the free shipping charge originally applied to your order.  If you receive your merchandise in damaged contion you have up to 48 hours to report this to Lumens Light customer service.
