Lens World Refund and Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund less shipping costs.  This only applies to unopened boxes of lenses or sterile glass vials.   If the product has been opened Lens World will only consider a refund if it is defective in any way and you have a prescription for the lenses you have been wearing.
