Ground shipping takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.  If you do not qualify for Lacrosse free shipping, ground shipping rates start at $4.99.  Two day shipping is available for an additional $8.99 , express one day shipping is available for an additional $14.99.  Lacrosse.com does ship internationally but rates will vary.  International shipping usually takes 3 - 4 business days

Lacrosse.com  Refund and Exchange Policy:
If you have a problem with your order you may return it, in unused condition, within 30 days for a full refund or Lacrosse.com will exchange it for another item.  Simply email custserv@sportsendeavors.com  and they will prompt you to fill in the return section which was included in your parcel.  Lacrosse will ship an exchange order back to you at no cost to you.  If the return is because of a error of Lacrosse.com, you will not have to pay the shipping costs.
