Kiyonna offers flat rate shipping on all Ground shipping within the continental United States. Shipping rates are based on the merchandise subtotal.  Expedited shipping is possible for additional cost. Shipping charges for international orders are based on the weight of the order and the destination. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Kiyonna Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns of regularly priced merchandise will be accepted within 30 days for refund or exchange. Returns made after 30 days are eligible for store credit for an additional 30 days. Merchandise received after 60 days will be returned to sender. Bridal merchandise is returnable within 30 days for merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.
