Shipping rates are based on the order value. Free shipping is periodically offered on select orders. Shipping methods include Ground, Third Day and Express delivery. Orders are shipped on business days only. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may only be expedited and require and additional fee. Orders shipping to military APO/FPO addresses or a post office box may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited.

Kate Spade Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns on full price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in good condition with hangtags still attached. Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are not refundable. Merchandise purchased at sale price and returned within 14 days will be credited in the original tender and after 14 days will not be eligible for credit.
