James Allen Shipping & Handling Policy
James Allen always uses Fedex for safe delivery but does not ship to PO Box addresses.  It ships only to physical addresses.  James Allen will always insure your merchandise for its full value.  International shipping and insurance is $75 US plus 3% of total order amount.

James Allen Refund and Exchange Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it , within 30 days of shipment, to one of James Allen's office for a full refund.  You must first contact James Allen for a RAN # which you should write on the return label included with your order.  Send it back in a standard brown box which may purchashed at the post office.  Your return must be in good condition with all the paper work included.  If your return is worth more than $500, please send it by registered mail with insurance.
