Free shipping does not include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico or international countries.   If you do not qualify for IPrint free ground shipping, your online shipping charge will be based on location, type of shipping and items shipped.  Your total will be calculated at checkout.

iPrint Refund and Exchange Policy:
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or an error on the part of iPrint.
