Most Standard Ground orders ship via USPS or DHL and takes 5 - 7 business days depending on the number of items ordered. Larger items may ship via UPS. Standard ground shipping is $4.99 if you do not qualify for Hat World free shipping.  Hat World ships to U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico addresses.

Hat World Refund and Exchange Policy:
Hat World will be happy to return or exchange your items, with packing slip, in good condition within 30 days of purchase.  If you do not have your receipt you may receive a gift card or exchange on your merchandise.  No returns will be accepted after 90 days.  There are no returns on clearance items.
