GiftTree always ships their gifts by UPS or FedEx.  If you do not qualify for GiftTree free shipping, the cost to you will start at $4.95 for ground shipping on orders up to $28.99.  If you need to receive your order sooner, there will be an additional charge.  Balloons and flowers are hand delivered  the same day providing you order Monday through Friday before 1:00 pm that day.  There is no shipping to P.O. boxes or most rural areas but GiftTree does ship to other countries.

GiftTree Refund and Exchange Policy:
If you are not happy with your GiftTree product or if they arrive defective, GiftTree will always return or replace your merchandise.  They guarantee it. You should first contact GiftTree customer service center who will instruct you on mailing back your package.  Your items must be returned in their original package.
