GiftCollector periodically offers free shipping on select orders. Shipping rates are based on the value of the order. Shipping rates begin as low as $7.95 when free shipping offers do not apply. Expedited shipping is possible for additional cost. International delivery is possible for additional cost.

Gift Collector Return and Exchange Policy:
GiftCollector accepts returns within 30 days of receipt for refund. Returns made within 60 days will be issued a store credit only to be used within a year. A Return Authorization number can be obtained from customer service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Returns made on orders with free shipping will be processed for credit minus original shipping cost.
