Get with the program, Garnet Hill. We know you have perferred rates with UPS and USPS, you probably pay $5 max to ship out your packages (or you should be, that's max my company pays), yet you want me to pay a 5% shipping fee. I'll keep the $20.40 and you keep the merchandise, how about that?

i agree--totally on the fence about a purchase (over $300.00) at garnet hill. It's hard to press "complete purchase" when you know there are so many other deals out there online. why should I paying full price??
