FootSmart Shipping and Handling Policy:
If you do not qualify for FootSmart free shipping your fees will range from $12.49 to $19.99 for standard delivery (6 to 10 business days).  Expedited delivery times are also available for an added cost.  Orders to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will be an additional $6.75 per order more.  Canadian shipments will be based on destination, size and weight and will be calculated at check out.

FootSmart Refund and Exchange Policy:
You have up to 60 days to return any merchandise which you are not happy with.  All returns must be in good resaleable and unworn condition with all paperwork included and tags intact.  Personal care products must be in unopened containers.  The return/exchange form which is included on the packing slip must be filled in.  Returns from Canada or returns because of a defect in merchandise must contact the FootSmart customer care department for return instructions.

FootSmart Payment Options:
FootSmart.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, NOVUS (Discover), PayPal and also offers Bill Me Later.   For Canadian returns FootSmart accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club for payment.
