To let you know, had issues with the ProFlowers Free Shipping. The website showed select items to be free shipping, and then also provided a coupon code. When I selected a "Free Shipping" item, they still charged me $9.99 for shipping. When I entered the code, the page stated, "Your coupon has been applied." but still had $9.99 for shipping. I've had problems with ProFlowers in the past, was hoping they had changed but I remain disappointed.

I left Proflowers after being a customer for over 10 yrs. They've added a random "third party" magazine subscription service to the online order process. So you have to really pay attention to every screen and actually jump thru hoops to opt out if you don't want the magazine offer. I complained and let them know why I was leaving.
