Expedited shipping is possible for additional cost which will be displayed at checkout. Delivery to Military APO/FPO addressed is possible via USPS Priority Mail.

Flip Video Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt for a full refund, not including shipping costs. Full refunds are offered on orders of five or fewer personalized Mino camcorders. A restocking fee per camcorder will be assessed to returns of six or more Mino camcorders.
