All shipments are handled exclusively by UPS. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping rates are based on the sale amount. Expedited shipping is possible for additional cost via UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day shipping. When free shipping is offered the order will be sent via UPS Ground Delivery. Free Shipping does not apply to international orders.

Fitz and Floyd Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns of unused or damaged merchandise purchased on fitzandfloyd.com will be accepted within 30 days of receipt date. Refunds will be given in the amount of the purchase price. Shipping charges will be refunded on damaged or defective product returns only.
