Fast Floors Refund and Exchange Policy:
There are no returns allowed on ceramic tile products, accessories, anything with less than 4 cartons or opened cartons.  If you need to know if your shipment can be returned you may call a Fast Fllors sales agent before shipping.  There is no reimbursement for return shipping charges. There is a restocking fee for returned items which range from 10% to 25% of the order.
