All returned items to EZVacuum.com must have a RMA number and be in original packaging within 15 days of purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Product exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be required to pay for the return shipping.
