Custom shoes take 6-8 weeks for delivery. When etnies.com doesn't offer free shipping, rates within the contiguous U.S. begin as low as $4.95. Rates are higher for 2-3 day select and next day air delivery. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is possible with 2-3 day select delivery with
rates beginning at $14.95

Etnies Return and Exchange Policy:
Custom shoes will only be refunded or exchanged in the case of manufacturer's defect. All other returns and exchanges can be made by returning original, unused, unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of purchase.
