Cookie's Kids periodically offers free shipping on select orders. Delivery is possible with UPS Ground and expedited shipping is possible for additional cost. Additional charges will apply to deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. International delivery is possible. Delivery to military APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes is not currently an option.

Cookie's Kids Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice. Some items are not returnable. All returned items must be in original condition, unused and unopened with all packaging included and with a copy of the invoice with reason for return listed. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customers. Exchanges will be shipped at no expense to the customer.
