The Cedar Store is committed to getting your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. There will be additional transit time of two days (east coast), or up to four or five days (west coast) depending on your location. You may have your products expedited via two day or next day. Standard ground shipping for motor freight items means "curbside" delivery only. If you require additional services (inside delivery, lift gate service, or you have limited access for unloading), please contact our customer service department toll-free at 1.888.293.2339 for pricing. For products shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside United States, please add the products to your shopping cart. Then click “Get an international shipping quote”. Simply fill out the form and you will be contacted within 48 hours with a shipping cost for the products selected.

CedarStore.com Return Policy: 
You may return your Cedar Store purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding  shipping and handling costs. Cedar Store products are offered with free shipping, so be aware that if you return a product the actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return/refund. In addition, most Cedar Store items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your return/credit should you wish to return them. If a product arrives damaged, or the Cedar Store made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts they will pay to return the item and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under the Cedar Store standard return policy.
