Orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States will be delivered via USPS. Signatures are required on all packages, unless the carrier leaves the package using their discretion.

Capitol Supply Return and Exchange Policy:
Capitol Supply requires a Return Merchandise Authorization number in order to accept returns. Any return without an RMA will be refused and returned to the customer. Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 3% fee to cover credit card processing charge. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the return is as a result of Capitol Supply error. Returned items received after 30 days of delivery are subject to a restocking fee.
