CafePress.com is an online retailer user-customized products such as teeshirts, bags, mugs, wallclocks and calendars and print on demand services for books and music CDs. Customers can upload their own graphics design, logo or text, which will be added to the product by CafePress. They also give customers the opportunity to have a virtual CafePress "shop" including an online storefront and website hosting, order management, fulfillment, payment processing and customer service.

Cafe Press Shipping and Handling Policy:
Your shipping charges will be based on the method of shipping your choose (economy, standard or express) and your shipping destination.  This will all be calculated for you at check out. Café Press does ship internationally to most places but generally takes 10 – 14 business days for delivery and 2 days to process.

Cafe Press Refund and Exchange Policy:
CafePress.com will give you up to 30 days to return or exchange your unwanted merchandise.  Simply contact Café Press for an RMA number and they will instruct you on sending back your items.  You must pay your own return shipping charges.  Please note that returning a Flip Mino Camcorder will cost you $55 in restocking charges.   If returning a cd, they must not have been opened and still be in their original packaging but a defective cd can be returned for the same title.

Cafe Press Payment Options:
CafePress.com accepts CafeCash and CafePress.com gift certificates as payment. They also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards for payment.
