Big Fitness offers free shipping on select orders. Unless otherwise noted, all items on bigfitness.com may be shipped to locations in the contiguous United States. Delivery is not possible to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Additional shipping charges will apply to deliveries outside of the 48 contiguous United States and other countries. A restocking fee will apply to refused or undeliverable items.
Big Fitness Return and Exchange Policy:
Most items may be returned within 31 days of delivery for a refund. Returned items are subject to a restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required for all returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Some items are not returnable.
