Backyard Ocean offers free shipping on orders with a minimum purchase. Shipping options include: FedEx Ground Shipping, FedEx 2-Day Air, and FedEx Standard Overnight. FedEx Ground shipping costs depend on the amoun of purchase. For orders under $50 the cost is $8 and for purchases between $50-$99.99 the cost is $15. Currently delivery is offered only to locations in the 48 contiguous United States.

Backyard Ocean Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping costs. Returned items must be unopened and unused to ensure credit. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Opened merchandise or pool chemicals will not be accepted for return. Customer service must be contacted in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to receiving the return.
