Baby Earth Return and Exchange Policy:
Most items may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Customer service must be contacted to receive a Return Authorization Number before sending in the return. BabyEarth will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items and will process a refund for the purchase price. Returned items must be in unused condition, include all original documentation and packaging, and have manufacturers tags still intact. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
