US Postal Service is used for all ordered shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, US territories and Canada. All orders shipped outside the contiguous United States will incur additional shipping costs. Some items may not be shipped outside the continental United States.

Baby Catalog Return and Exchange Policy:
Baby Catalog accepts all returns with an issued Return Authorization number within 30 days. Returned items must be in original condition with packaging, literature, warranty and registration intact. A copy of the original invoice stating the reason for return should be included with the return. Some items are subject to a restocking fee.
