Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States are flat-rate for Ground Shipping, higher flat-rate fees for 2nd Day Air Shipping and a higher flate-rate fee for Next Day Air Shipping. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are possible for additional cost. International delivery is possible for additional cost also.
