All products are shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL. The shipping rate is based on teh weight and dimension of the order. All shipments are insured and a tracking number is provided once orders are sent out. Currently, delivery is only possible to locations within the 48 continental United States.

About Canes Return and Exchange Policy:
Customized canes are not qualified for return. Damages must be reported within 15 days of receiving date. Returns for refund or exchange of defective items must be received within 30 days of receiving date. A restocking fee will apply. Exchange items must be returned first before replacement parts will be sent. Parts with permanent mark on them will not be qualified for exchange or credit. A restocking fee will apply to refused shipments. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required on all returns.
